1 Quick Way To Reset Your Energy
In today's day and age, our energies are quick to get messed with. If you're an empath or on a conscious path like I am, just multiply potential upheavals and incidents by 10.
It is absolutely essential to keep your energy grounded, balanced and neutral, as is unique to your own energy signature and soul's presence here. Sometimes, because of the esoteric nature of the topic, we think this has to be very complicated or woo-woo. It can be, if you want to use complicated methods, but life, as always, can be simpler.
One quick way to do this, is to use water.
Either go for a quick dip in the pool, lake, or wherever you live (please be safe) or to take a shower. You don't need to use soap or shampoo, just let the water run over you, and reset you. Intend that the water will cleanse off any external energies which you might have picked up which are not for your highest light or good.
As for me, I've started showering every night before sleeping as a sort of ritual to cleanse and reset my energy (and Singapore is really humid so to get any sweat off too LOL). It gets me really relaxed and helps me sleep really well!
I recently found out via a podcast that it will take some time after a warm shower at night for your body to cool down again, so you won’t be able to sleep well after a warm shower if you dive right into bed. What you can do is wind down with other activities first like reading or writing. I don’t dive right into bed after drying myself off anyway, so it’s never been an issue for me.
