Health Tip 1 - How Much To Exercise?


Health Tip 1 - How much to exercise to lose weight & how much exercise per day is good?

 

To be healthy and fit, I recommend moving the body (aka going to exercise in whatever way you choose), 3 to 6 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time.

If you're doing 3 times a week for 30 minutes, and the rest of your life is spent on the train, an office chair, your dining table chair, the toilet bowl and your bed, I'd go as far as to say that you're putting your health at serious risk down the line (or have already done so, depending on your age).

 

Why should you exercise 3 to 6 times a week?


I find that when your body works right, your mind works right. You were designed to move. There is a reason you have a muscular and skeletal system, and you aren't just a ball of slime. 

Now let's face it, for most humans, exercise isn't the only thing you want to do with your life and day. You want to do a variety of things. Almost all these things, if not all, get better and smoother, when you have stellar health... and a stellar body... and a stellar being. ;)

You know this already though, but this was a reminder!

I came here for a  one hour walk and the tip I want to drop today is that...

When your body is working right your mind is working right too. At least mine is. So try to hit the gym at least 3 to 6 times a week or any kind of exercise, 3 to 6 times a week, at least 30 minutes each time because that's what your human body is built for. It's built for movement, so keep moving whether you have a desk job, you're a gamer, you're a YouTuber, a coach, a lawyer, a stay-at-home mom, dad, you're a child, you're a teenager watching this. You have to move your body often for you to be healthy and live life well, so you can go do the other things you're passionate about. So take care and that's all for this Saturday. Bye Bye.
