Quote 3: Let us please stop viewing people as only their professions and in so doing, become more human.
It is easy, in this hyper-paced world, to view people as what their employers view them as, because almost everything on the planet currently, is about money. Or rather, about notes and coins, which we have chosen, to take as our energy which we exchange for our different services to each other, and to keep each other accountable. Or rather, about digits on a screen, which represent those notes and coins.
While we can view this empathetically and accept that all humans are doing the best they can at any given moment... or are trying to, or that they want to, the truth is, that even if we are ok with the money system, it has led to a very constipated and stuck approach of people viewing someone as only their professions.
I have news for you. Human life is not only about your profession. That is but one part of your life. Sooner or later, we must all learn to be harmonious, with all parts of us.
