It's been a ride of a 3rd quarter of 2025. 

Hospital visits for my Dad, overseas trips, covering a Singapore Court case on my YouTube channel, recovering from viral fever for 2.5 weeks... nuts.

Today was a Sunday where I woke up in a relaxed way, skipped a daughter's friend's birthday party and did some work at home instead while my wife and daughter were out. Ordered food in, and had just finished when they reached home around 3pm. 

After feeling a little restless after having sat on the sofa for a while, I decided to go for a massage at Beauty World Centre, which is a short motorcycle ride away from my house, for a deep foot massage. The lady we found there, Denise (her English name but her 1st language name is Chinese), does a fantastic job.

 

Energetically, there are many Chakras in and around the feet, and exercise wise, I was just coming back to proper workouts after recovering for a bit, so this was helpful, because although the couple foot massage my wife and I sometimes do at home while winding down at night (sitting on the sofa facing each other and having each other's feet in our hands, one leg at a time) is nice, neither of us is a professional, and this lady's strokes just hit different than any other reflexology I've been for. 

It's almost like a combination of Swedish strokes and typical reflexology strokes like finding pressure points etc. 

I've always found that massages are great for holistic wellness, recovery from exercise and stress, and they are now a key staple in my wellness/workout routine, and life as a whole. 

Try to get a massage whenever you can.
