Exploring spiritual awakening stages? Are we truly evolving as a species? Is there kindness and love?

Let us look at the state of humanity's awakening carefully.

In Neale Donald Walsch's Series, Conversations With God, it is suggested that for the entire world to break free of poverty, the kind of system that would make sense, would be for every single human to be given enough money or wealth to afford basic dignities like food, warmth, shelter, etc., after which, those who want to achieve more, can feel free to run their own enterprises or find way sof making more money, to fulfil their Soul's need to expand.

However, every human would get enough to live and survive. THAT, is a planet, or at least a species, living with love and kindness and not trampling on each other.

I was thinking about that today, while walking through one of Singapore's most expensive shopping malls. Logically speaking, according to the system's end-state proposed in the books, and in my opinion, the extra wealth of the richest on planet Earth, would be shaved off, to provide for the poorest few, till all humans were taken care of via this system.

However... if the richest to this day have NOT collectively decided to share their extra wealth... with even the part of the population that's starving, often exploiting that part of the population and furthermore... CAUSING them to starve in some cases, then... what would make them change their minds?

Are we ready for this, as a species? Are we? 

I was riding my motorcycle home and I was thinking further. Here's a simple example. Let's say the world population is 8 billion. And let's say, 200 people are the extremely rich, who with one fell swoop and a tiny portion of their wealth could immediately feed and take care of every single starving person... I think it would take 7,999,999,800 people, to band together, join forces and tell these 200, repeatedly, peacefully, and with love... 

"Hey, we're trying this new system on Earth so we can all live in love and peace. Can you agree to this?"

Or... the 7,999,999,800 people minus how many ever are desperate, to feed, clothe and shelter the desperate ones, and forget about the 200 ultra-richest or how many ever of them are not willing to help (arbitrary figure as mentioned). 

Basically... massive change. You get the point, I think. I wouldn't be sure of the exact numbers, nobody would.

So... while all our efforts are amazing and beautiful and we MUST keep going... are we truly ready, to agree to kindness and love on a GLOBAL level, after all the harm we've caused each other, the trauma, the pain, and the hurt, which has led us to this point - of not caring about each other?

How many faces in that shopping mall would have millions in the bank and assets? Plenty. How many of them, if I walked up to them and said, "I have 0 skills, I am new on this planet, I have no house to stay in and sleep on the streets... could you give me $100,000 from your $1,000,000... just 10% for me to build a life?"... would say Yes?

I'm assuming (and I could be wrong but I'm quite certain I'm not), that from an educated person in a 1st world city, at least 99.9999% of the time, the answer would be, "WHAT? You want 10% of my wealth??? Dream on."

... and there goes the Kindness and Love goal!

Maybe... humans... it's time to re-assess how we are living, and WHY, we feel the need to hoard things for ourselves. Yes, it's programmed fear, I know. Trick question. ;) - But not for most.
