Have you ever done the whole "be yourself" thing, and a few months later realised, "Wait a second... I haven't exactly been myself in this other area!" ?
Then comes the unravelling of the conditioning in that area and so on. It keeps going and going (if you're on a path of personal development and spirituality), and very soon, you have a totally different life.
That's easy enough to understand.
The strange thing though, is that even in parts where we thought we were being ourselves, we might come back 5 years later and go... wait a second!!! That was somebody else's dream LOLOLOL!
